Digital Products

All products available on our website are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Once your order has been successfully delivered, the software license, activation details, or download instructions are considered delivered digital content.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• Your order has not yet been delivered.
• We are unable to provide the purchased product.
• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• A technical issue on our side prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued after:

• License keys or activation details have been delivered.
• Digital files or software have been accessed or downloaded.
• The software has been successfully activated.
• The product was purchased by mistake after delivery.
• The software is incompatible with your computer despite the published system requirements.
• You simply change your mind after receiving the product.

Installation Support

If you experience installation or activation issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

We are committed to helping you install and activate your software whenever possible.

Exchanges

If your order contains an incorrect product or an invalid activation, we will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or an appropriate solution whenever applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before digital delivery has been completed.

Once activation information has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled.
